- Damage during transport
GARDENIA does its best to make sure that all orders reach its customers all over the country without any damage. Buyers are required to notify GARDENIA of damage caused by the shipment within 24 working hours after delivery of the order, and to send the damaged products back to us, with the official report of the carrier and all accessories and invoices.
